Personally?

"I insist you come over right away! Ok, tomorrow. But first thing tomorrow! After lunch... right after lunch! Six o'clock. Fine." is my favourite out of them.

(although my favourite moment is the "jamjamjam" one. Classic times and crazy days.)

Ahh, I'm in heaven.

I reckon, for a sig, something without dialogue, especially if it addresses the reader, like:
"You know what you are? You're a beard with an idiot hanging off it." or
"I insist you come over right away! Ok, tomorrow. But first thing tomorrow! After lunch... right after lunch! Six o'clock. Fine." or perhaps
"Do you know this chant? Millwall, Millwall... you're all... really dreadful and all your girlfriends are unfulfilled and alienated..." or even
"You are a filth wizard. Friend only to the pig and the rat. "

They're all good, I can't decide. I thing my personal favourites are the idiot-beard and Millwall. My vote goes for either of those two.
